INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of Taip products through the website www.mytaip.com.

1.2. The website www.mytaip.com is managed byTaip Unipessoal Lda with VAT number PT517383683 and address in Portugal at Rua Anselmo Braancamp, 349 R/C , Porto 4000-083.

1.3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are understood as: a) "Taip" - The products marketed on the website www.mytaip.com; b) "User" - Any individual, non-trader, who places an order through the website www.mytaip.com;

1.4. The use of the website www.mytaip.com and the purchase of Taip products assume the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

TAIP PRODUCTS

2.1. The website www.mytaip.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase Taip products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.2. Information about the characteristics of the products can be found at www.mytaip.com.

2.3. Taip reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.mytaip.com.

PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

3.1. To order on www.mytaip.com, the User must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow the enjoyment of all the navigability conditions of Taip’s online store.

3.1.1. The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary to: a) Find the product(s) to be purchased; b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart"; c) Enter the User's personal data, which will be integrated into Taips’ database, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, including "Name", "Delivery Address", "Email", "Payment Method", "Telephone Number", and "Tax Identification Number (TIN)"; d) Review their order and confirm the request;

3.2. The User will receive an order confirmation email.

3.3. Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchasing process.

3.4. By submitting the order form, the User accepts the purchase Terms and Conditions described at www.mytaip.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.

3.5. Taip reserves the right not to accept and cancel confirmed orders in the following situations: a) The product is not available; b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.mytaip.com; c) Payment confirmation is not received; d) Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;

3.6 All transactions conducted via www.mytaip.com are handled and transacted by a third party (If Then Pay) dedicated to leakage so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored, and all card information is transacted using SLL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction, as they will be responsible for the transaction made.

PRICES

4.1. All prices are shown in euros (€), with VAT and taxes applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.

4.2. The prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. Taip reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

4.3. If an error is found in the price of the requested products, Taip or the User may cancel the order until the order is dispatched.

4.4. The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS

5.1. The User may make payment for their purchases by debit/credit card, Multibanco reference, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

5.2. Taip does not accept any other payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User should not attempt to pay by any means not listed in the specified payment methods. If done so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

DELIVERY

6.1. Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

6.2. Delivery times vary between:

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: 2-3 working days

• Portuguese Islands: 4-8 working days

6.3. Upon delivery, the User should inspect the packaging for any damages. If the User finds that the products are damaged, they should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User should report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via email to hello@mytaip.com, and if agreed upon, Taip will proceed with reshipment at no cost to the User.

6.4. If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 20 (twenty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to hello@mytaip.com informing us of the situation. After this period, Taip cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1. The User may request an exchange or return within 21 (twenty-one) days after receiving the order, via email to hello@mytaip.com, provided that: a) The product(s) have not been used; b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics; c) The product(s) are complete. All accompanying materials must be returned with the orders.

7.2. If the returned items show signs of use, Taip reserves the right not to accept the exchange.

7.3. If any of our products reach you damaged, meaning 1) unfit for use; 2) visible damages caused by third parties other than Taip, you must report it within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to the email hello@mytaip.com, in order to report the situation by text, accompanied by a photograph proving it, so that we can proceed with the analysis of the damage and the exchange of the product.

7.4 The cost of returning the order is borne by the customer, however, in the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new product will be borne by Taip.

7.5. Only exchanges for a different size or due to damage are processed.

QUALITY

Taip does not sell second-hand products, defective, or of inferior quality than the standards existing in the market. The main characteristics of each product shown at www.mytaip.com are detailed on each product page. Taip will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.mytaip.com are as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is displaying the exact colors.

COMPLAINTS

With the aim of continuous improvement of the services provided, Taip will seek to address and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 3 (three) working days, via email to hello@mytaip.com.

EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Taip does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.mytaip.com, or any of its functionalities, as it may be suspended for maintenance, repair, or updates. Taip will also not assume any responsibility for any damages, directly or indirectly resulting from force majeure situations that prevent Taip, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, including strikes, failures in the power grid, telecommunications services, or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers, and changes in legislation or administrative regulations. Taip is not responsible for any abusive use of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Taip reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes being considered effective and users being notified by publication on the website www.mytaip.com of the modified Terms and Conditions.
